I’m originally from Dublin, Ireland, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Industrial Design from the University of Ireland, Maynooth.

I’ve been lucky to live and work in a few different places—leading design at an environmental start-up in London, researching with a non-profit in Ghana, and designing experiences at a major world bank in New York City. These diverse experiences all share one thing: tackling big, messy problems, which is what I’m passionate about.

Now, I’m a Lead Designer at JP Morgan Chase in Chicago. Lately, I’ve been diving deeper into service and strategic design, as well as enhancing my digital design skills, which helps me connect more dots and bring specific insights to my projects.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me relaxing with my husband and our dog, reading, knitting, or listening to a good podcast.
